Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 July 2026
These terms govern your use of My Peptide Protocol (the “Service”), operated from British Columbia, Canada. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What this Service is — and is not
The Service provides a reconstitution calculator, an educational reference library, and private tools for recording protocols, doses, sources, and journal entries. It is a calculator and a notebook.
It is not:
- medical, pharmaceutical, legal, or professional advice;
- a diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or dosing recommendation;
- a medical device or clinical decision-support system;
- a seller, supplier, or broker of any substance.
Dose figures shown in the library are ranges reported in publicly available research literature, provided for education. They are not instructions and are not tailored to you.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You confirm this when you sign up. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including those governing the substances you choose to record.
3. You are responsible for your decisions
You alone are responsible for what you do with information you enter or read here, including any decision to obtain or administer any substance, and for the accuracy of what you enter. Calculator output is arithmetic performed on your inputs — if your inputs are wrong, the output will be wrong. Always verify any calculation independently before relying on it. Do not use the Service as your only safeguard.
4. Accounts and security
Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@mypeptideprotocol.app if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or create legal risk.
5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
- The calculator and library are free. A free account includes one protocol and recent history.
- Pro is CA$7.99/month or CA$69/year, in Canadian dollars, and unlocks unlimited protocols, full history, journal, reminders, trends, and export.
- New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, your card is charged and the subscription renews automatically each period until cancelled.
- Cancel any time from Settings → Manage billing. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.
- Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. If something has genuinely gone wrong, email us — we would rather sort it out than argue.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers. Your current rate continues until then.
6. Your content
Everything you record remains yours. You grant us only the narrow permission needed to host, back up, and display it back to you. We do not sell it, mine it, or use it to train anything. You can export or permanently delete it at any time from Settings. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, or to facilitate the unlawful supply of any substance;
- present the Service’s output as medical advice to others;
- scrape, resell, or redistribute the library or calculator as your own;
- attempt to breach security, access another user’s data, or disrupt the Service.
8. Third-party links and shop referrals
The Service may link to third-party sites, including vendors of research supplies, and we may earn a commission from some of those links. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for third parties, their products, their quality, or their claims. Any purchase you make is strictly between you and them. Where a link is commercial, we aim to disclose it.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running but provide it “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee — never rely on them as a safety-critical alert.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or health outcomes arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of CA$100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms or of any law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and the courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction — without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold where you live.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above will change and material changes will be notified to account holders. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it. Questions: support@mypeptideprotocol.app.
