KLOW is a four-component blend combining GHK-Cu, KPV (a tripeptide fragment of alpha-MSH studied for inflammatory signaling), BPC-157, and TB-500. It is referenced in research literature as an extension of skin-and-repair blends that adds KPV for its separately studied anti-inflammatory pathway.

Commonly referenced research ranges per component: GHK-Cu around 1-2 mg; KPV around 200-500 mcg; BPC-157 around 250-500 mcg; TB-500 around 2-2.5 mg. The 80 mg total is split across the four peptides by formulation.
