Glutathione

Longevity & Anti-AgingResearch Use Only

Also known as: GSH, reduced glutathione, L-glutathione

Glutathione is a naturally occurring tripeptide antioxidant commonly referenced in cellular-defense and redox research literature. Studies describe its role in neutralizing reactive oxygen species and supporting cellular detoxification pathways. It is a widely studied endogenous antioxidant compound.

Typical range (research)
Reference contexts vary widely; injectable protocols are commonly cited in the ~200–600 mg range as reference points
Half-life
Short (rapidly metabolized; values vary in literature)
Route
Subcutaneous, intramuscular, or intravenous (research)
Common use
Antioxidant and cellular-defense research
Common vial sizes
600 mg
Storage
Store lyophilized powder refrigerated (2–8°C) and protected from light; once reconstituted, keep refrigerated and use within the timeframe supported by stability data.
Stacking notes
Sometimes referenced alongside vitamin C or other antioxidant compounds in research discussions; combinations are not well characterized.

Reported side effects
