BPC-157 reconstitution calculator
Work out exactly how many units of BPC-157 to draw on an insulin syringe. Enter your vial size and how much bacteriostatic water you added — the maths happens as you type. Free, no account needed.
Draw 5 units (0.05 mL) on a U-100 · 1 mL for a 250 mcg dose. Each vial gives about 40 doses.

How to use this BPC-157 calculator
- Enter the vial size printed on your label — BPC-157 is commonly sold as 5 mg, 10 mg.
- Enter the bacteriostatic water you added, in mL.
- Enter your dose, in mcg.
- Pick your syringe — the units, fill bar and warnings all adjust to it.
Worked example
A 10 mg BPC-157 vial reconstituted with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water gives a concentration of 5 mg/mL. A 250 mcg dose is 0.05 mL — which is 5 units on a U-100 insulin syringe, and about 40 doses per vial.

Common questions
How many units is 250 mcg of BPC-157?
On a 10 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL (5 mg/mL), 250 mcg is 0.05 mL — 5 units on a U-100 insulin syringe. Because BPC-157 amounts are referenced in micrograms while vials are labelled in milligrams, the mcg → mg conversion (÷ 1000) is where most arithmetic mistakes happen. The calculator handles it.
Why are BPC-157 amounts so small compared with GLP-1 peptides?
It's simply a different scale. BPC-157 is referenced in micrograms (thousandths of a milligram), so a 10 mg vial contains a large number of research-referenced doses — often dozens — where a GLP-1 vial might contain only a few.
How long does reconstituted BPC-157 last?
Once reconstituted, research sources commonly cite refrigeration at 2–8°C with use within roughly 30 days; lyophilised (powder) vials keep far longer. Storage guidance for each peptide is in the library profile.
